St Basil's core infrastructure ran on hosted on-premises hardware more than six years old and scheduled for decommission. A cloud-readiness assessment identified ageing compute, workloads exceeding their allocated storage, and no cloud-aligned disaster-recovery capability — all against a stated cloud-first IT strategy.

Tyto delivered an end-to-end migration of St Basil's server workloads into Microsoft Azure, structured across five phases from cloud foundation and governance through to cutover and post-migration optimisation.
The migration is complete and in production. St Basil's server workloads and their databases are running in Microsoft Azure, confirmed protected and healthy, with the line-of-business database backed up daily.
St Basil's retired its ageing, at-risk hardware ahead of decommission, gained cloud-aligned disaster recovery and enterprise-grade security, and moved to a predictable operating-cost model.
